  • Julia currently offer therapy sessions exclusively in a virtual format. This allows her to provide flexible and accessible care, no matter where you are in New York or Pennsylvania.

  • If your insurance is in-network, I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy services. If you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

    For those who prefer to pay directly, I also offer self-pay options, which ensure complete privacy and flexibility without involving insurance.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, explore relevant background information, and start creating a plan tailored to your needs. This is a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to cover everything right away.
