  • Julia currently offer therapy sessions exclusively in a virtual format. This allows her to provide flexible and accessible care, no matter where you are in New York or Pennsylvania.

  • Julia is not an in-network provider with any insurance plans. However, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy services. If you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits, you can be provided with a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

For those who prefer to pay directly, I also offer self-pay options, which ensure complete privacy and flexibility without involving insurance.

Julia is a network provider for some employee assistance programs (EAP), meaning you may be able to receive a set number of sessions for free using this benefit if offered by your employer. If you have any questions about your employers offerings, direct them to your employers benefits department, and direct any questions about EAPs accepted to Julia via phone or email.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, explore relevant background information, and start creating a plan tailored to your needs. This is a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to cover everything right away.
